This week, we’re back with Part 2 of my Ten on One conversation with Michael Kosta! We dove even deeper into his love for stand-up and the big life lessons he’s picked up along the way. {Click to Tweet} Here are my top takeaways:
— Speak Your Dreams into the Universe: Michael started telling people he was going to be a comedian before he was even sure of it. Putting it out there held him accountable and forced him to take action. If you want something, start talking about it!
— Failure Hurts: No one likes to fail, but it’s part of the process. Every misstep is a step forward if you learn from it. Michael embraced the setbacks, put in the work, and got better. It’s tough—but we can do tough things.
— Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Comedy might seem like a solo act, but Michael quickly learned the importance of having a strong team and letting them help. Collaboration opens doors you can’t unlock alone. At C2, we know this firsthand!
Michael’s journey is a reminder that success doesn’t happen overnight—it’s built through persistence, resilience, and the people you surround yourself with.
