The first half of 2026 is in the books. Our team, The Coppola Cheney Group, completed 41 lease transactions and 4 sales. The volume totals over 421,000 SF leased and over 466,000 SF sold. Despite some transactions slowed by uncertainty (AI, interest rates, zombie buildings, etc.), we have a massive pipeline. Our take on the market is always personal because we are living it daily. Activity is good, deals are getting done (but not fast) and we are working through all the sublease and high vacancy in the metro Phoenix office market.
