Nick works directly for the entire Coppola-Cheney Group as part of their two-year Graduate Apprentice Program. He supports the Senior Brokers in all of the backstage operations of real estate transactions. This includes tour set-up, market research, Co-Star updates, data and internet research, BOV’s, financial analysis and listing maintenance. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Marketing from Elon University and has his Arizona Real Estate License.

What brought you to The Coppola-Cheney Group and the desire to work in Commercial Real Estate?
After discovering a passion for selling, I wanted to work in an environment that tested those skills in complex scenarios. I have always been interested in real estate, and after discovering the attraction to the commercial side, it was my goal to get into the industry.
What is a goal for yourself you want to accomplish in the next couple of years?
A personal goal of mine in the next couple of years is to complete my first triathlon. My professional goal in the next couple of years is to secure an associate position at the Lee and Associates office in Phoenix as an office broker.
What are some of your hobbies?
Hobbies of mine include playing soccer, working out, fishing, and designing clothes.
Where is your dream vacation?
My dream vacation has to be seeing the Jesus statue in Brazil and playing soccer with the locals.
If money wasn’t an issue, what would your life look like right now?
I would be in California living on the beach in Malibu or The Palisades waking up to the ocean every morning and absolutely loving life. Who doesn’t love the beach, right?
