Jaiden is the newest Runner (Junior Broker) on the team, having completed the Graduate Apprentice program. He has been working with The Coppola-Cheney Group throughout his apprenticeship and continues to do so in his new role. He supports the Senior Brokers in all of the backstage operations of real estate transactions. This includes tour set-up, market research, Co-Star updates, data and internet research, BOV’s, financial analysis, and listing maintenance. Jaiden holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Central Florida.

What brought you to Arizona to work in Commercial Real Estate?
I had been working in sales throughout college as well as post college. I knew I wanted a change and something that was more challenging, demanding, and rewarding. I’m a sociable person that enjoys creating and maintaining relationships. I have a close friend that works in the industry who was able to give me the ins and outs. After reading books, spending some time in AZ and speaking with members of C2, my immediate goal became to work here and ensure it’s a success.
Where did you grow up?
I spent my first fifteen years in my hometown of Bedford, England which is approx. 50 miles North of London. After that, my family and I moved to Orlando, FL.
What do you like to do outside of the office?
I am a huge sports fan, but more specifically soccer. I enjoy exercising, traveling, spending time with loved ones as well as trying new restaurants.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a 2 year old Merle French Bull dog named Nova.
What’s your idea of a perfect vacation?
Sitting on the beach in the Caribbean with as little noise around me as possible.
