Gregg Kafka specializes in the leasing and sales of office & industrial properties in the state of Arizona and is part of Lee & Associates’ top-producing office brokerage team.

Gregg joined Lee & Associates (The Coppola-Cheney Group) in 2011 coming from an extensive background in development, ground-up construction, tenant improvement construction, and retail leasing with Opus West and Westcor/Macerich. Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science & Engineering Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University.

His extensive knowledge of the Metropolitan Phoenix market is complemented by thorough analysis and marketing skills involving lease negotiations, landlord representation, market analysis, and property marketing. These proficiencies, along with a robust background in construction management, have enabled him to become a respected presence within the CRE Community.

Gregg is a native Phoenician. He and his wife Kelly have two dogs Dutch and Mac, and enjoys going on walks, taking their dogs to the park, and getting on the golf course as much as possible.

What is one of your favorite types of transactions to work on?

Any! I am a deal junkie! I love the process, the relationships they create, and finding creative solutions that add value.

What is a typical day like for you?

Weekdays: I am an early bird. The alarm goes off at 4:30am and the day starts! I am usually in the office between 6am-7am for backstage work. 8am -5pm is client contact and deal service. 5pm – 7pm is occasional client events, more backstage work, and prepping to hit the ground running the next day. 7pm-9:30ish is family time with my wife Kelly and our two hound dogs.

Weekends: Dog Park or golf at sunrise, 5-6 hours of getting caught up on e-mails and work. Spending time with friends and family. But most importantly, doing whatever my wife asks me to do!

What are your favorite hobbies?

Love any opportunity to get out and hit the links. Travel, going to concerts or stand-up comedy shows.

Any pets?

2 Treeing Walker Coonhound mixes named Dutch and Mac. They are brothers from the same litter and were rescued from Arizona Animal Welfare League
