  • Pounded the phones to identify spaces that matched requirement
  • Identified back up options to maximize leverage on deal points
  • Worked with tenant on T.I. space to maximize turnaround time for quick occupancy

Results

  • Negotiated free rent and reduced rates better than tenants’ expectations
  • Able to keep scope of work to that which did not require permits to meet timing
  • Tenant moved in earlier than expected
