There are 5 dials we use to fine-tune the decision:

— Location: This is still the #1 decision facing our clients— “Where should our office be?”

— Cost and terms: Yep, we negotiate a lease every 2.5 days helping our clients save millions each year.

— Layout: How you design your space has changed radically since the pandemic.  This is the biggest area of change in the last decade.

— Parking: Can your people park?  What is the cost?  Is it secure?

— Access to clients: As the world becomes more digital, this dial has changed BUT is still critical in almost ½ of our clients’ decisions.
