— Arizona vs. California sparked the biggest reaction: This was the most opened blog of the year, and no surprise. It hit on cost, opportunity, and lifestyle shifts that are driving real decisions in CRE. There’s no denying Arizona continues to rise.
— CRE + Tech still dominates: The blog that had the most clicks? Virtual Tours & CRE — proof that we’re still searching for ways to blend technology and office space.
— People want the story behind the space: Our most replied-to posts weren’t just stats — they were stories. Events, cultural quirks like the missing 13th floor, and conversations with people like Steve Nash and Derrick Hall proved that connection still matters in CRE.
This year, over 33,000 readers made C2 Voice part of their routine. That means a lot to us. We’ll keep writing if you keep reading. If there’s a topic you want us to cover in 2026, let us know. This blog is a conversation, not a lecture.
