Another year in the books, and what a year it was for our team. The Coppola-Cheney Group had a record-breaking 2024, and our numbers below prove it.
The number of closed deals and transaction values are not the only measures we place on success. This year, we expanded our reach, pushed into leasing and selling new commercial product types, and took the stage at major industry events. Three takeaways:
— We’re doing deals everywhere. Our clients aren’t just in one market—we closed 134 transactions across 8 states in 2024. This reach allows us to bring real, on-the-ground knowledge to every deal we touch.
— The market is shifting—and we’re ahead of it. Office remains a big part of what we do, but 20% of our deals were outside the office sector. That means we’re constantly adapting, staying ahead of trends, and helping our clients navigate a changing market.
— We’re not just in the game—we’re leading it. We spoke at 24 different events this year which included serving as the keynote speaker at the 2024 Lee Summit, sharing insights with the industry’s top professionals. Whether through speaking engagements, The C2 Voice, or Ten on One Podcast, we continue to push CRE conversations forward.
2024 was a year of growth, innovation, and record-breaking deals. We’re proud of what we accomplished—but we’re even more excited for what’s ahead!
